How do I return an item?Updated a month ago

If your order is within our 30-day return window and meets the requirements of our Refund Policy requirements, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at [email protected] to provide details about the item(s) you wish to return and to request a Return Authorisation number (RA#).
   
   Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

2. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging to the following address and note that returns will need to be shipped to the following address at your own cost:

   Returns - RA# (use the RA # we provide)

3. Once the items are received and inspected, we will put through a refund via the same payment used at checkout.
