Big Green Egg ships to every state in Australia. 

We offer next-day despatch on all orders (weekends & holidays excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the time of the year ie holiday periods and if tailgate delivery is required.

Shipping Exclusions / Limitations
Ceramic Items
We are unable to ship many ceramic items due to the fragile nature of their composition. Please send us an email with your shipping address and we can determine if shipping is possible. Alternatively, please reach out to one of our retail partners by searching our Dealer Locator.

Post Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and will require alternative shipping address.

Remote Locations
Shipping to some remote areas may be unavailable at Checkout. Please send us an email with your shipping address and we can determine if shipping is possible.

Tailgate Delivery
All Big Green Egg kamado package deliveries will require a tailgate delivery. This means the shipping process may take longer as a Tailgate Van is required to make the delivery from a depot to your house. Please note that Tailgate deliveries will deposit a skid inside your front fence or down your driveway but delivery inside or to the back of your house is not possible. Consider reaching out to one of our retail partners to see if they deliver and or install Big Green Eggs by searching our Dealer Locator.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free freight for accessory orders over $100 (excludes Big Green Egg kamados and other bulky items). From time to time, we may offer free shipping for certain items.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative shipping address.

In-Store Pick-Up
In-Store Pick Up is available from our showroom / warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria.

Pickup times are between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for collection

International Shipping
Shipping outside Australia is not available.

How to Check Order Status?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email with your name and order number, and we come back to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
We may be able to cancel an order if we receive the request in time via email.  Please note that a Cancellation Fee of $15 will apply to a cancelled order. This fee is to cover transaction fees and the time and labour involved in restocking and adjusting inventory.
